It takes about 5-7 business days for handling before our products are shipped out. Once the items are ready, our team will try its best to ship out the order within 24 hours or the next day. It may take additional days for delivery depending on the location. As products are made after pre-order, please expect to receive your product in about 7-14 business days. Please check the ‘pick up at BDO print’ option at check out AND email us directly at store.encounter@gmail.com with the name of the mission team member (please let them know) you will be picking up the order from! Without a name to give the order to, we cannot track who to give your order to in person. It may be best to place a bulk order with friends under one order to keep things simple.
